　　(1)风道与风机连接时，进、出风口应安装软接头。软接头的截面尺寸应与风机进出口截面尺寸一致。软管连接可由帆布、人造革和其他材料制成。软管长度不应小于200，并应适当拧紧。软管可以缓冲风扇的振动。

　　(1) When the air duct is connected with the fan, soft joints shall be installed at the air inlet and outlet. The section size of soft joint shall be consistent with that of fan inlet and outlet. 　　(2)风管与除尘设备、加热设备连接后，根据理论映射图安装好设备后，应暂停预制安装。

　　(4)输送高含水率凝结水或气体时，水平管道应设置在斜坡处，并在低处与排水管连接。安装时风管底部不应有纵向接缝，底部接缝处应悬挂密封处理。

　　(4) When transporting condensate or gas with high moisture content, the horizontal pipeline shall be set at the slope and connected with the drainage pipe at the low position. During installation, there shall be no longitudinal joint at the bottom of the air duct, and the bottom joint shall be hung for sealing.

　　(5)输送易燃易爆气体的钢板风道，在风道连接法兰处安装跳线，并与静电接地网连接。

　　(5) For the steel plate air duct conveying inflammable and explosive gas, install jumpers at the connecting flange of the air duct and connect with the electrostatic grounding grid.

　　(6)水平风道高度在4m以上时，安装人员应系好安全带。脚手架或活动支架上的跳板应固定，跳板宽度应符合安全规范，脚手架上的设备人员应随身携带物品袋，避免物品或电钻等掉落伤人。

　　(6) When the height of horizontal air duct is more than 4m, the installation personnel shall fasten the safety belt. The springboard on the scaffold or movable support shall be fixed, and the width of the springboard shall meet the safety specifications. The equipment personnel on the scaffold shall carry the bag with them to avoid personal injury caused by falling objects or electric drills.

　　(7)双臂臂架在风洞内就位后，叉骨要直，臂架不要换，双臂臂架受力均匀。

　　(7) After the double arm boom is in place in the wind tunnel, the fork bone shall be straight, the boom shall not be replaced, and the force on the double arm boom shall be uniform.
