通风管道按材质分：一般有：钢板风管(普通钢板)、通风管道、不锈钢通风管、玻璃钢通风管、料通风管、复合材料通风管、彩钢夹心保温板通风管、双面铝箔保温通风管、单面彩钢保温风管、涂胶布通风管(如矿用风筒)、矿用塑料通风管等。

预制好的风管，需要做好存放工作，以免受到二次污染。可将管口用塑料布等密封材料封住，然后将风管分门别类堆放好。使用管道前，请注意清洗作业，确认板材表面没有腐蚀，干燥后不进行清扫。

Before using the pipeline, please pay attention to the cleaning operation, confirm that the plate surface is free of corrosion, and do not clean it after drying.

1、施工前的准备工作

俗话说，“磨刀不误砍柴”，充分的说明准备是保证风管安装质量的前提。准备清洁管道的制作，无论采用工厂集中制作还是现场制作方式，都要保证场所的清洁和关闭，具有符合条件的采光和照明条件。另外，还要对制作好的方管进行看管，尽量避免污染。

Prepare the fabrication of clean pipes, whether centralized fabrication in the factory or on-site fabrication, ensure that the site is clean and closed, and have qualified daylighting and lighting conditions. In addition, we should take care of the prepared square tube to avoid pollution as far as possible.

选择对管道的施工质量也有很大影响。一般来说，为了保证管道的重量，需要较小板厚的管道，但需要综合考虑管道的尺寸和压力水平。从设计角度来看，值得注意的是，一个系统可以同时具有对应于不同静态压力水平的几个管道厚度。
