　　A. 通风管道及部件绝热工程

　　① 根据通风管道的断面尺寸和所处的部位确定绝热固定钉的数量。

　　② 确定固定钉位置后，先将通风管道壁上的尘土、油垢擦净，再将粘接剂分别涂抹在通风管道壁面和保温钉的粘接面上，稍后再将其粘接在一起。固定钉粘牢后应待12~24h后再覆铺绝热材料。

　　③ 绝热材料下料要准确，套裁下料，切割面要平齐，搭接处不要有缝隙。纵横缝错开，小块材料应尽量用于通风管道上平面中间部位。

　　⑤ 绝热层外缠玻璃丝布保护层时，先将玻璃丝布按通风管道断面尺寸的大小裁成幅宽为200~400mm的长条，并卷成小卷备用。也可根据通风管道断面尺寸的大小、直径选用定型加工的不同幅宽的玻璃丝布。缠绕时，先用“∏”形铁钉固定端头，然后拉紧玻璃丝布缠绕。边缠绕、边整平，不得有折皱、翻边等现象。圈与圈间两边搭接处的搭接宽度一般应为30~50mm。末端一定要用“∏”形铁钉固定，否则容易松动、脱落。

　　⑤ when wrapping glass fiber cloth protective layer outside the thermal insulation layer, first cut the glass fiber cloth into a strip with a width of 200-400mm according to the size of the cross-section of the ventilation pipe, and roll it into a small roll for standby. According to the size and diameter of the cross-section of the ventilation pipe, the glass cloth with different width can also be selected. When winding, first fix the end with "Π" iron nail, and then tighten the glass cloth for winding. While winding and leveling, there shall be no wrinkling, flanging and other phenomena. The lap width of the lap joint between the ring and the two sides of the ring shall be generally 30 ~ 50mm. The end must be fixed with Π shaped iron nails, otherwise it is easy to loosen and fall off.

　　⑥ 玻璃丝布外表面根据设计要求涂刷一道或两道防火涂料，涂层应严密、均匀。

　　①聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料瓦壳绝热结构。

　　a. 首先将保温瓦合扣在管道处面，每隔300~350mm用φ1.2mm镀锌铁丝绑扎牢固（铁丝断头必须嵌入保温瓦内），瓦与瓦之间的缝隙用石棉硅藻土填补抹平。

　　b. 保温瓦外包一道塑料薄膜，再包一道玻璃丝布。包扎时将玻璃丝布裁成幅宽在200~300mm，缠绕搭接宽度为50~80mm。

　　a. 管道外用保温毡捆扎，捆扎时注意搭接边要贴紧。绝热层外每隔300~350mm用φ1.2mm镀锌铁丝绑扎。包完层后，再包第二层，层数根据所需厚度决定。多层捆扎要纵横缝隙交错、填满并密封严格。

　　③ 管道的支、吊、托架绝热方法。

　　a. 管道的支、吊、托架使用的木垫块，应浸渍沥青防腐，并按管径定型加工。

　　b. 直接接触管道的支、吊、托架必须进行绝热处理，其绝热层长度不得小于绝热层厚度的4倍，否则应敷设于垫木处。

　　④ 管道上的阀门、法兰及其他可拆卸部件绝热两侧应留出螺栓长度加25mm的间隙。阀门、法兰部位应单独进行绝热。
