一、风管的识别
1、 Identification of air duct
对于风管的转化之前,有一个内容必须要先明确,那就是关于风管的标高。用高度调整命令查看时,有时显示出来的结果不一样。那是因为,管线和管道的标高就是线或管的标高,平时再说管道多高时,就是把管道看成一根线。而如果做风管,那在表示标高时,方法就有些不同。要说风管管底标高,还是标高,还是顶标高。所以在风管之前,要看清图纸上的风管将来是上平齐,还是下平齐,还是齐,那相对应的调整管底标高,标高和顶标高。(此外,在做风管转化时,也要针对性的要使用对应的一种)。

二、风阀的绘制及注意事项

关于风阀可以用转化,也可以直接绘制,方法可以参考转化设备。这里说一下风阀中比较特殊的内容。在管道里面,阀门是不扣减管道长度的,但在风管里面,风阀是要扣减掉风管的长度的,对于不同的风阀类型,有不同的扣减方法。如下图所示,有的是风管宽度不论什么值,风阀只扣一个固定值;有的是风管宽度论什么值,风阀长度扣固定加上风管的高度(或半径);还有一种情况,风管的宽度与风阀的长度有一个对应关系。我们可以根据具体的说明来选择不同的风阀类别。
