The protruding surface of the plate joint of the ventilation pipe should be built on the positive pressure side of the ventilation pipe wall. The anti-corrosion measures should be taken in the process of ventilation pipe processing and production, and the pipe parts must go through hot galvanizing.

机器设备清洗法。清洗周期短，油污较少的烟道采用这个方法。先将管道内喷洒清洗剂，使油污软化，再用30米长的电动软轴刷将油污洗擦干净。用于30公分见方的竖烟道，人工无法进入且不便拆卸的隐蔽的小烟道。这种不易清洗而且轻易积油要缩短清洗周期。
