通风管道生产中常见的两个问题及解决方案

 通风管道大部分由风管加工设备制成,主要起到使空气循环、降低有害气体浓度的作用。然而,由于各种原因,加工后的风管可能会出现问题。下面是通风管道生产中常见的两个问题及解决方案。
  Ventilation ducts are mostly made of duct processing equipment, which mainly plays the role of circulating air and reducing the concentration of harmful gases. However, due to various reasons, problems may arise in the processed air ducts. The following are two common problems and solutions in the production of ventilation pipes.
  1. 加工的材料不符合标准
  1. The material processed does not meet the standard.
  A性能:板材表面不平整,厚度不均匀,有明显的压痕、裂纹、砂孔、疤痕和锈斑;导管平面下沉,侧边向外突出,变形明显。
  Performance A: The surface of the sheet is not uniform, the thickness is not uniform, and there are obvious indentation, cracks, sand holes, scars and rust spots; the plane of the conduit sinks, the lateral edge protrudes outward, and the deformation is obvious.
  B影响:运行中风道泄漏,空调负荷增加,影响风的使用寿命和性能。
  B Impact: Air duct leakage in operation, air conditioning load increases, affecting the service life and performance of the wind.
  C原因:材料不合格,不能满足风管制作的要求。
  Reason C: The material is not up to standard and can not meet the requirements of air control operation.
  措施d:使用风管加工设备制作风管前,应检查材料出厂合格证、材料合格证、外观厚度等,确保材料齐全。
  Measure d: Before making air duct by using air duct processing equipment, check the qualification certificate of material leaving factory, material qualification certificate, appearance thickness, etc. to ensure that the material is complete.
  二、风管翘曲角度和弯头角度不准确

  A性能:矩形管道的两个相对平面和两个端面不平行;角度不直;对角线不相等;咬得松了。
  Performance A: The two relative planes and two end faces of rectangular pipe are not parallel; the angles are not straight; the diagonals are not equal; the bite is loose.
  B影响:对风道连接受力不均,安装后风道不平,法兰垫片松动,系统漏风,造成空调负荷损失,使用寿命缩短。
  B effect: uneven force on air duct connection, uneven air duct after installation, loose flange gasket, air leakage of the system, resulting in air conditioning load loss, shortened service life.
  C原因:落版放样不准确;风管彼此平行,板的长度和宽度不相等。
  Cause C: The layout is not accurate; the air ducts are parallel to each other, and the length and width of the plate are not equal.
  D措施:下料时应严格夹板角度,测试每块板的长、宽、对角线,使其偏差控制在允许范围内;板材落料后,应将风道对面的两块板材重叠,检查尺寸精度。

After blanking, the two plates opposite the air duct should be overlapped to check the dimensional accuracy.
  在通风管道的生产中,经常会遇到加工材料不合格、风管翘曲角和弯头角不准确的现象。因此,为了生产出实用、耐用、高品质的风管,必须对风管加工设备的运行前后进行充分的预置和操作准备,以保证风管的安全,减少不必要的损失。
